Procurement is at the heart of our organisation. We are responsible for the strategic purchasing of steel for our enormous foundation tubes. We also ensure all the materials and services that Sif needs to operate at full capacity are on hand when needed. Together with our colleagues, we do more than just facilitate the purchasing process. We provide our Sif colleagues with tactical advice when new supplier relationships are established. We also assist with complex purchasing processes. Together with our Sif colleagues, we work as a team to ensure efficient, reliable and top-quality deliveries under optimal conditions.

Yes it does, and we use different types of assessments. For some positions, we use a game-based assessment, which tests your skills and competencies through a game. This is usually held at the beginning of the process, after the initial meeting with the recruiter. For other positions, a more extensive assessment may be required. To protect your privacy, we will only discuss the results of your assessment with you, the manager involved and the HR Business Partner.
