Yes it does, and we use different types of assessments. For some positions, we use a game-based assessment, which tests your skills and competencies through a game. This is usually held at the beginning of the process, after the initial meeting with the recruiter. For other positions, a more extensive assessment may be required. To protect your privacy, we will only discuss the results of your assessment with you, the manager involved and the HR Business Partner.
