As the HR team, we works closely with the entire organisation to drive Sif’s growth and development. In partnership with managers and employees, we make sure that the right talent is in the right place and able to flourish. We advise managers and help all our colleagues to reach their full potential. Our joint focus is on attracting and developing talent. As part of the team, you you’ll contribute to building a strong organisational culture. You will form the link between Sif’s ambitions and the growth of our people.

Yes it does, and we use different types of assessments. For some positions, we use a game-based assessment, which tests your skills and competencies through a game. This is usually held at the beginning of the process, after the initial meeting with the recruiter. For other positions, a more extensive assessment may be required. To protect your privacy, we will only discuss the results of your assessment with you, the manager involved and the HR Business Partner.
